A residential project currently under construction which is located at the suburb of Kato Toumba, in close vicinity to the center of Thessaloniki. It is a five-storey building where each apartment will have an attendant storage room in the basement. Specific parking spaces will also be created, reserved for some of the apartments.

Appropriate seismic design has been applied to the building. In regards to the energy performance of the building, the use of appropriate thermal insulation materials for the building has been foreseen in addition to the special energy-efficient windows with screens and electric shutters which will also be used.

The heating of the individual rooms will be provided by underfloor heating, which will be supplied by a gas boiler.
