The eight-story apartment complex, which is now under construction, is situated in the heart of Thessaloniki, near the western entrance, the city's Judiciary Hall, and the central train station, all of which are easily accessible on foot.
There will be nineteen flats in the structure.
A suitable reinforced concrete seismic design has been applied to the building.
About the energy coverage of the building (energy class A), the use of appropriate thermal insulation materials has been planned, while in addition special energy frames will be used based on the KENAK study.
The heating of the interior spaces will be provided by an individual gas boiler, as specified in the study.
