This project aims to reconstruct an existing building by implementing major structural framework reinforcements. It is anticipated that work will begin in early 2024 and be finished by year's end. It's only five minutes' walk from Vas. Olgas Avenue in the city center, ten minutes' walk from the Metro station, and a short stroll from the waterfront.

Being one of the eastern suburbs nearest to the city center, this region is anticipated to grow even more with the start of the Metro service.

The structure will include 41 flats spread across 5 stories with a loft.
