The holiday home complex will be developed In Paliouri, at the southern end of Kassandra, in Chalkidiki. On a plot of approximately 0,4 acres, a complex of three modern residences is to be built, each of which will have a private swimming pool.
The location of the plot is excellent, as it is within walking distance from the beautiful Panagia beach. Access is via a scenic road that crosses a forest of coniferous trees, leading visitors to the beach.
Each residence of the complex will consist of three levels: basement, ground floor and first floor. It will include five spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, one on each floor, ensuring comfort and functionality.
The architecture of the complex has been carefully designed to harmonize perfectly with the natural environment. Prominent elements of stone and wood are used, giving a sense of warmth and naturalness.
