Job Description
- Oversees and coordinates the construction of the projects assigned
- Timely and correct implementation of plans/designs and completion of work according to schedules by subcontractors and project crews
- Coordinates smooth and safe operation between subcontractor crews
- Prepares pre-measurements of quantities of concrete, reinforcing steel and other construction materials
- Coordinates the timely receipt of materials from suppliers
- Identifies any errors or omissions in a timely manner
- Ability to negotiate effectively, working with other members to resolve issues in a timely manner
Skills required
- AEI Degree in Civil Engineering
- 3 years of on-site construction experience in building construction
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Auto CAD applications
- Very good command of the English language (verbal & written)
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit attitude is essential
- Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
- Efficiency in meeting deadlines and solving chalenging issues
- Analytical and critical thinking
