An innovative construction project is set to transform the western entrance of Thessaloniki, marking a significant milestone in the urban development of the area. The project, named SoHo Gardens, will occupy a prime location at the western gateway to the city, close to key road axes connecting Thessaloniki with major regions of Greece and abroad. It is part of a series of urban renewal initiatives aimed at transforming a traditionally industrial zone into a sophisticated and cosmopolitan district.

The goal of the SoHo Gardens project is not just to build a new structure, but also to elevate the neighborhood by introducing a refined urban lifestyle, with a focus on quality, sustainability and aesthetics. The project aims to attract both local residents, as well as international investors who are seeking a modern, luxurious lifestyle in Thessaloniki.

The main philosophy is the construction of a residential building, which will be divided into two separate buildings from the 5th floor and above (a total of 8 floors) blending modern architecture with top-tier amenities. The apartments will offer panoramic views of the city and the Gulf of Thermaikos, with designs which maximize natural light and open space.

The project will feature spacious communal green areas, enhancing a sense of tranquility and well-being. Sustainability will be a core priority, with the buildings meeting the highest energy efficiency standards and incorporating environmentally friendly construction materials.

Construction is expected to begin in mid-2025, with full completion anticipated by the end of 2026. Once finished, SoHo Gardens will not only revitalize the neighborhood but will also become an architectural landmark for Thessaloniki, reflecting the city’s ambition to establish itself as a significant player in the Mediterranean luxury real estate market.
