Job description
Promotion and marketing of diverse styles of property to clients
Identifying and attracting new clients and new property projects
Ability to provide professional advice and accurate information on the property market
Collaborating with other consultants, both within and outside the company, to achieve sales targets
Monitor market trends and keep the company informed on all developments of the sector
Required skills
- Experience in selling real estate and understanding of the buying public
- Licence to practice as a real estate consultant, will be considered a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with personal goals to achieve sales
- Familiarity with the use of all Office tools (Microsoft 365) and online media channels
- Team player and ability to work collaboratively with other team members
