A six-story structure with a ground floor and basement will be constructed at 59 Eleftheriou Venizelou Street in Cholargos. It is situated in the heart of Cholargos, a short walk from the neighborhood's main market. High-quality materials will be used in the project's construction, and decorative materials will be used to finish the parking lots, fences, and surrounding landscaping, all of which will contribute to an outstanding visual outcome.
A suitable reinforced concrete seismic design will be applied to the building.
With regard to the energy coverage of the building (energy class A), the use of suitable thermal insulation materials has been provided for, while in addition special energy frames will be used based on the KENAK study, with electric blinds and screens.
The heating of the interior spaces will be carried out with Fan Coil heat pumps.
It is projected that the project will be finished in 15–16 months from the beginning of the construction works.
