Although it will be in a peaceful residential neighborhood, it will be close to Glyfada's market, schools, and public transportation hub. The building's vast balconies and distinctively modern style set it apart from other buildings in the neighborhood.

It is anticipated that the project will be finished in 15 to 16 months from the beginning of the construction.
