ARC43_ GLYFADA

A five-story residential complex with a basement is planned for 43 Arkadias Street in Ano Glyfada. Although it will be in a peaceful residential neighborhood, it will be close to Glyfada's market, schools, and public transportation hub. The building's vast balconies and distinctively modern style set it apart from other buildings in the neighborhood.

A suitable reinforced concrete seismic design will be applied to the building.

With regard to the energy coverage of the building (energy class A), the use of suitable thermal insulation materials has been provided for, while in addition special energy frames will be used based on the KENAK study, with electric blinds and screens.

The heating of the interior spaces will be carried out with Fan Coil heat pumps.

It is anticipated that the project will be finished in 15 to 16 months from the beginning of the construction.
